Most companies assemble their IT from three suppliers: a carrier for the fiber, a hosting provider for the servers, a managed services provider to administer them. The day production stops, each one points at the other two. RDEM Systems does all three.
We run our own network
Autonomous system AS206014, IP prefixes held in our own name at the RIPE NCC, three Equinix datacenters in the Paris region linked by dark fiber and connected to the major European internet exchanges.
We carry your fiber link
We order the circuit that connects your sites — FTTO, with the local-loop carrier's guaranteed restoration time, or business-grade FTTH — we have it delivered on our collection ports, we integrate it into our network and we remain accountable for it. You sign one contract, not three.
We have administered for 20 years
Over twenty years of hands-on systems and network administration in production: Proxmox hypervisors, Ceph storage, Debian servers, MariaDB databases, immutable backups, monitoring and on-call duty. On our infrastructure, or on your current provider's.
Dedicated infrastructure, wired into your corporate network
Put together, those three trades make possible something few French providers can offer: dedicated or semi-dedicated infrastructure — reserved physical hardware or virtual machines with guaranteed resources — hosted in our racks and connected to your company's private network. Your servers are not somewhere on the Internet: they become one more site in your addressing plan, reachable from your offices without crossing the public Internet.
For an SMB moving machines out of the server cupboard, that means relocating without changing IP addresses or file shares. For a multi-site group, a single network spanning the branches and the datacenter, with one point of contact for the link, the machine and the system.
