Our network is interconnected at 5 exchange points including France-IX, DE-CIX, AMS-IX, and LINX, with over 1,000 directly connected ASNs. Present in 3 Equinix datacenters in the Paris region with 3 distinct transit providers and connected to major European IXPs, we guarantee maximum redundancy.
This control over the physical network allows us to offer verifiable connectivity quality: you can check our presence on PeeringDB and BGP.tools, independent public registries.
The fiber link: we order it, we answer for it
FTTO, business FTTH, collection ports — a single contract
A company that wants to host its servers and connect its offices usually signs three contracts: one with a carrier for the fiber, one with a hosting provider for the racks, one with a managed services provider to run the machines. The day production slows down, each one points at the other two and nobody settles it.
At RDEM Systems, the link is part of the service. We order the fiber — an FTTO circuit, covered by the local-loop carrier's guaranteed restoration time, when availability comes first, or business-grade FTTH when the budget does — we have it delivered on our collection ports, we integrate it into our AS206014 network, and we remain accountable for it to you. You sign one contract, not three.
That collection is not an administrative detail. It is what makes a circuit ordered for your office land directly on our network rather than on the public Internet with the integration left to you. Your servers hosted in our Equinix racks in the Paris region then sit one hop away from your desks, on a path we control end to end.
When an incident happens, there is no grey area left: the same person looks at the link, the BGP routing and the hypervisor, within the same hour. That is the difference between "we have opened a ticket with the carrier" and "we have found the problem". Our own commitments are GTI-type: we commit to an acknowledgment time, never to a recovery time — until the diagnosis is done, nobody can honestly promise a repair duration. Dedicated or semi-dedicated infrastructure, connected to your corporate network

We do not sell a fixed catalogue. Depending on the need, we supply dedicated hardware — servers we specify, buy, rack and operate for you alone — or virtual machines on our Proxmox VE clusters with reserved resources. In between sits the semi-dedicated option: your own hypervisors and your own Ceph storage pool, without having to fund a full rack.
What changes everything is not the machine, it is how it is connected. Because we operate our own autonomous system and our own collection ports, we extend your company's private network all the way into our racks. Your hosted servers become one more site in your addressing plan: reachable from your offices without crossing the public Internet, on dedicated VLANs isolated from other clients, addressed from our RIPE prefixes or from yours if you hold any.
For a multi-site business, that means a single network spanning the branches and the datacenter, with the same filtering policy everywhere. For an SMB moving its servers out of the cupboard at the end of the corridor, it means relocating the machines without changing IP addresses, file shares or user habits — the server room changes building, not network.
Monitoring, backup and on-call are included in the same contract: the same team that ordered the link and deployed the hypervisors watches production. Digital sovereignty
Production in France, backups within the EU, data under French law
Your production is hosted in France, in Equinix datacenters located in the Paris region, on our own infrastructure. Backups are replicated to a secondary site in Germany — within the European Union, operated by a French hosting provider: a backup copy sitting in the same region as production protects against nothing, and the distance between the two sites is part of the guarantee. No data ever leaves the European Union, no exposure to the US Cloud Act or non-European jurisdictions.
RDEM Systems is a French company (SAS) registered in Pontoise, subject to French law and GDPR. Your contract, your data, and your support are entirely managed in France, by a French team.

Can I get hosting and the fiber link from the same provider?
Yes. Can hosted infrastructure be connected to the company's private network?
Yes. Because RDEM Systems operates its own autonomous system (AS206014) and its own collection ports, the client's private network is extended into the racks hosted in Equinix datacenters. Servers become one more site in the client's addressing plan, reachable without crossing the public Internet, on dedicated VLANs isolated from other clients. An SMB can therefore move its servers out of its own server room without changing IP addresses or file shares.
What is the difference between dedicated and semi-dedicated infrastructure at RDEM Systems?
With dedicated infrastructure, RDEM Systems specifies, buys, racks and operates physical servers reserved for a single client. With semi-dedicated infrastructure, the client gets its own Proxmox VE hypervisors and its own Ceph storage pool without funding a full rack. Simply renting virtual machines with reserved resources is also possible. In all three cases, monitoring, backup and on-call duty are included in the same contract.
